At RideXpress, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for all our customers across the United Kingdom and internationally.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

The shipping carrier used for your order may vary depending on destination, package size, and delivery speed.
3. UK Shipping
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders over $200.
Standard UK Shipping
For orders below $200, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package size.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
4. International Shipping
RideXpress ships internationally to selected countries worldwide.
International shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on the destination country.
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Estimated International Delivery Time
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America: 7–14 business days
- Other Regions: 7–21 business days
Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier’s website.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, RideXpress is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier disruptions
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
RideXpress is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or redirected packages.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
