The evolution of the Dualtron Thunder, built using the same chassis, its successor is the Dualtron Achilleus. Twin 2324w BLDC motors deliver tonnes of power and a top speed of 80km/h. These twin motors deliver astonishing torque throughout your ride, and you simply do not have to consider if it will go up whatever hill is on your route – it will.
Using the same battery as the Dualtron Thunder, the Dualtron Achilleus’ manufacturer claimed a maximum range of an eye-watering 120km. At RideExpress Scooters, we tend to recommend that the achievable range under real-world driving conditions is more like 50% of the manufacturer’s max, in this case its 60km on a single charge. This is delivered by a 60V 35Ah LG M50LT-21700 battery, which is rechargeable from flat in 20 hours using the standard charger or as little as 4 hours using fast chargers,s which are an optional extra.
The Dualtron Achilleus has hydraulic brakes front and rear, accompanied by extremely large 160mm brake discs. With one of the safest braking systems on the market, the Dualtron Achilleus also boasts an Anti-Lock Braking System (AB, S) which prevents the brakes from fully locking up or sending the scooter into a skid, an incredibly important feature for a scooter so powerfu11-inchnch tyres, with a 4-inch wide contact area, provide great grip for on-road paved surfaces, preventing any wobble or skidding when driven moderately hard.
Water Damage
This scooter is rated IP54, meaning it is splash-resistant but not fully waterproof.
Water damage is not covered under the standard manufacturer warranty, and RideExpress Care water protection is not available for this model.

Warranty
Our unrivalled warranty on all scooters provides you with additional peace of mind. Our repair centre located in Dublin 15 handles all warranty repair in-house with an average turnaround time of two working days on all warranty repairs. The warranty period for Dualtron electric scooters is 1 year.
We hold stock of Dualtron spare parts and tyres in our Dublin electric scooter repair centre. We also have a range of spare parts in stock for Kugoo, Xiaomi, Segway Ninebot, Zero, and other brands,s with access to parts for all e-scooters from our trusted suppliers.
Please be aware that all electric scooters are supplied in the box and require some assembly by the user, with the required tools provided. If you need us to assemble your new scooter for you, please contact us in advance of purchase,se and we will let you know the assembly fee for the model you are purchasing. Only scooters picked up from us in-store, or delivered in the Dublin area, can be assembled by us. For scooters shipped to the rest of Ireland, the U or the E, they are in their original packaging and must be assembled by the user.
