Coupon-policy

  1. Binding Agreement
    By accessing, using, or redeeming any RideXpress coupon, promotional code, or discount offer (collectively, “Coupons”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By agreeing to these RideXpress Coupons Terms and Conditions, you further agree to be bound by all applicable dispute resolution provisions, including binding arbitration and waiver of class action and class arbitration rights, as set in the RideXpress Sale of Goods Terms and Conditions.

  1. Nature of Coupons
    Coupons are promotional offers provided at RideXpress’s discretion and do not constitute legal tender, property, or a vested right. Coupons have no cash value unless expressly required by applicable law.

3. Validity and Modification
Coupons are valid only for a limited time and may expire without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RideXpress reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Coupon or promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of the promotion.

Such changes will not apply retroactively to completed transactions.

  1. Qualifying Purchases
    Coupons apply only to eligible products that explicitly display the applicable coupon offer on the product detail page and/or within the user’s coupon interface.

The discount will apply only if:

  • the qualifying item is added to the cart during the validity period; and
  • the coupon is properly applied at checkout.

Coupons have no effect unless successfully applied prior to completing the purchase.

  1. Limit per Customer
    Unless otherwise expressly stated, each Coupon may be used only once per customer, per account, and/or per shipping address.

RideXpress reserves the right to void Coupons or cancel orders where multiple accounts, addresses, or transactions are used to circumvent these limitations.

 

  1. Non-Combinability
    Coupons may not be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, rebates (including mail-in rebates), or bundle offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Coupon Restrictions
Coupons are:

  • non-transferable;
  • non-refundable; and
  • not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other goods, services, or monetary equivalent.

Any attempted transfer, resale, or misuse of Coupons may result in invalidation of the Coupon and/or cancellation of the associated transaction.

  1. Returns and Refunds
    If a product purchased using a Coupon is returned, the refund will be limited to the actual amount paid by the customer after application of the Coupon.

The value of the Coupon will not be refunded, reinstated, or credited. RideXpress reserves the right to deduct the value of the applied discount from any refund amount.

All returns remain subject to RideXpress’s applicable return and refund policies.

  1. Shipping, Handling, and Fees
    Standard shipping charges, handling fees, and any applicable restocking fees may apply to all purchases, in accordance with RideXpress’s Shipping and Return Policies.

Such charges are not reduced or offset by the application of any Coupon unless expressly stated.

  1. Availability
    All Coupon offers are subject to product availability and are valid only while supplies last. RideXpress does not guarantee the availability of any product or promotion.
  2. Errors and Corrections
    In the event of pricing errors, system malfunctions, or other technical issues, RideXpress reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel or refuse affected orders.

Customers will have the right to cancel any impacted orders without penalty.

  1. Other Terms and Conditions in the RideXpress Sale of Goods Conditions
    These RideXpress Coupon Terms and Conditions shall constitute an integral part of the RideXpress Sale of Goods Terms and Conditions. For tax responsibility, limitation of liability, governing law, binding arbitration, waiver of class action and jury trial, and reservation of rights, please refer to the RideXpress Sale of Goods Terms and Conditions.
